Sondra Murray is the event’s honorary chair this year. Sondra’s three children received Wonders & Worries’ support throughout her husband’s illness and death, and now through her own health crisis.
Murray says, “Wonders & Worries gave us a game plan and road map to follow, the words to use — everything we needed. It was amazing as every spare minute was spent trying to keep Jim alive. Anna, Jay, and Claire have continued monthly group (support) at Wonders & Worries since Jim’s death. It was extremely helpful when I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. The children have been very confident since the first day and have handled it beautifully. We would not be where we are today without Wonders & Worries.”
